Use this time as your own to get the specific help that you need and based on your budget. This could include:

. Colour ideas

. Lighting

. Where to source furniture/accessories

. Adding finishing touches to a room.

Send us in advance a short brief of what help you need as well as floor plans, photos/video of the space and inspiration images to help us make the most of your hour. We will follow up the consultation with an overview of what we discuss and action points.

If you are designing a room from scratch, adding an extension or embarking on a renovation project we can ensure that you end up with the layout, look and feel you want as well as helping convey those ideas to your contractor.

Stage one: DESIGN

. Briefing with you in your home to discuss your needs

. Survey of the space

. Technical drawings of floor, lighting and electric plans and elevations that your contractor can use

. Meeting with you to present the design and then one design revision based on your feedback.

Stage two: SCHEME

.Visual sample board of all fixtures and finishes: paint colours, tiles, flooring, appliances, hardware, furniture, lighting.

. 3D render to help you visualise the space and the scheme

. Meeting to present scheme, look at physical samples and then a design revision based on your feedback.

Stage three: FF&E

.Linked sourcing list of all furniture, fixtures and equipment will be provided if client will be coordinating their own project.

Once we have designed your space we can guide you through bringing the vision to life by co-ordinating the project from start to finish.

This process involves us:

. Creating a scope of works to put out to tender.

. Being the first point of contact with the contractor for design queries.

. Reviewing bids and then instructing and liasing with specialist trades e.g. kitchen suppliers, joiners, curtain makers.

. Carrying out site visits when necessary (approx once a week) - reviewing works, resolving design queries and providing client with progress reports.

. Attending a site review with the client and contractor at the end of the project to supply an itinerary of snagging.

Procurement of FF&E:

We will take responsibility for ordering all of the furniture, fixtures and equipment needed for your design and at the correct point so that your project can progress smoothly and efficiently. We will also liaise with suppliers to plan deliveries and check all deliveries are correct/in tact.
